Beannie cap lover Zac Efron was spotted checking out a little real estate in Hollywood on Monday afternoon (August 18).
Making his way to Hollywood Hills, the “High School Musical” hunk looked at a new house in the area - as he’s said to be considering making a move out of his current apartment into something a little more spacious.
