Nicole Kidman Says No to Violence against Women

Taking a break from Australia promo tour, Nicole Kidman was in New York City today to attend an event announcing the results of UNIFEM’s “Say No to Violence against Women” campaign at United Nations headquarters.

The actress presented the signatures of 5 066 549 people worldwide who have added their names to a call to make ending violence against women a top priority for governments worldwide to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.

Says Nicole: “I am delighted to welcome a vast global team of new Goodwill Ambassadors on the issue. As long as one in three women and girls may be abused in their lifetimes, violence against women must be everybod’s business.”

Nicole Kidman Visits Her Younger Sister

After Nicole Kidman arrived Sydney last night, Nicole Kidman and her husband Keith Urban were spotted out this morning with their one month old daughter Sunday Rose Kidman Urban to visit Nicole’s younger sister, Antonia Kidman in Sydney.

Nicole Kidman Gives Birth To Baby Girl!

Nicole Kidman gave birth to a baby girl on Monday morning in Nashville . Nicole Kidman and her husband, Keith Urban, named their first child Sunday Rose Kidman Urban. The baby girl weighed 6 lbs., 7.5 oz.

Congratulations to Nicole and Keith. We can’t wait to see the baby pictures.
