Justin Timberlake and his babe Jessica Biel were seen enjoyed a morning hike with their three dogs in the Hollywood Hills of California yesterday (26 November ).

The hot couple appeared to be in good spirits despite a recent lawsuit waged against him by a former employee who claims that he wasn’t paid a living wage during the year he spent working at Justin’s Southern Hospitality BBQ & Bar in Manhattan.

The ex waiter says some fellow employees were not given their rightful share of automatic gratuity charges that were applied to tables of six or more nor were they paid for overtime.

The hot couple returned to Los Angeles from a short trip in San Francisco.

Meanwhile, Justin is looking forward to the upcoming release of his new movie “Open Road”, in which he stars as “an estranged son of a baseball legend (Jeff Bridges) who, together, embark on a road trip across America.”

“It’s actually my first film that’s really a dramedy,” JT told MTV of his latest role. “It really has both elements of comedy and drama. It’s kind of a slice of life type film.”
